These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Re:Build mobile application (the "Application") created by Mobile App MTV ("Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

The Application is licensed, not sold, to you. The Service Provider grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on mobile devices owned or controlled by you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application, even if the Service Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting within the Application or on this website. Your continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of the changes.
